December 27, 2012 – Grain Companies enforce terms of “final” offer – Dockworkers union says members will stay on the job for now

As of 6:00AM this morning grain companies started to enforce the terms of the “final” offer, and dockworkers showed up for work…under these new terms that the union just rejected with a vote. The mood at the docks is tense as changes and rules of the “final” offer take effect. But at least for now, dockworkers keep loading grain and exports continue flowing.

Below some recent news articles of on-going events at PNW export terminals.
