Q. How do I submit a sample?
A. Please fill out a Sample Submission Form for your sample type. It is imperative that the form be included, faxed, or emailed with the sample in order to begin testing. Sample entry and analysis will not begin until a completed Sample Submission Form is received.

Q. How much sample do I need?
A. Please contact us to discuss the required amount of a sample.

Q. How do I prepare my sample for shipment?
A. All pesticide and herbicide samples must be frozen. Please send samples on dry ice or ship overnight with ice packs. Other sample types are not required to be frozen. Be careful to make sure that each bag/container of sample is well sealed to prevent cross contamination from occurring. High juice level fruits and vegetables, as well as liquids, require extra attention as they may leak.

Q. How long does testing usually take?
A. The amount of time required for testing is dictated by 1) type of testing requested and 2) number of samples. Traditionally, clients can rely on the following schedules, which begin upon receipt of the sample(s) and Sample Submission Form:

Q. Can I have my sample rush ordered?
A. In most cases, we offer rush analysis on Pesticides, Herbicides, GMO, DNA, and Mycotoxins. The amount of time needed depends on how many samples are already in-house, how many samples need to be tested, and the type of sample being analyzed.
