Receiving Hours

Normal receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). Please contact OMIC USA directly if you have any questions or would like to schedule a special delivery time.

Confidentiality

All work is treated with strict confidentiality. Results are released only to the client who orders the work unless otherwise specified in writing.

Test Results

A Certificate of Analysis or report is issued upon completion of testing as per request. Interim results are also provided upon request. All reports and certificates are issued in a standardized format. Please contact OMIC USA to discuss the creation of customized report formats.

Sample Retention

Unless specified otherwise, the retention period for all samples is ninety (90) days after the Certificate of Analysis is issued.

Perishable Samples

Perishable samples should be packed with blue ice or dry ice in an insulated container and shipped overnight.
