Submitting Samples For Analysis
When submitting perishable samples, we recommend that they be packed on 'blue ice' or dry ice in an insulated container and shipped overnight.
Written instructions must accompany all samples:

Normal receiving hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM Pacific Standard Time. Special delivery times may be scheduled upon request.

Confidentiality
All work is treated with the strictest confidence. Results are released only to the client ordering the work, unless otherwise directed in writing.
Test Results
A report or Certificate of Analysis is issued upon completion of testing as per request. Interim results are provided on request. All reports and certificates are issued in a standardized format. Customized report formats may also be available. Please call for specific information.
Sample Retention
Unless advised otherwise, the retention period for all samples is ninety (90) days after issuance of our Certificate of Analysis.
